Diagnosing Network Problems

During some support calls, our customers discover that the problems they're reporting relate to networks rather than software. Contacting WORLDOX Technical Support

Before calling World Software Technical Support, please do the following:

  1. Call from the computer that is giving you trouble.
  2. Have your WORLDOX license number ready.
  3. If you get an error message, leave it on the screen. If this is not possible then please write down the EXACT error message. Alternatively, you can capture the image on the screen.
  4. Contact WORLDOX Technical Support at 1-201-444-3290 (Weekdays, between 9:00am and 7:00pm Eastern U.S.timezone) or at support@worldox.com
